the massage chair was a highlight of my stay. it really eased my muscles after long days. pajamas were provided, a nice touch. i found kids amenities pouches for my children.

the noise from trains was noticeable, making it slightly difficult to fall asleep initially.

friendly staffceiling shower head

i found the location very convenient. it was close to restaurants and the train station. the staff were very helpful and friendly. i appreciated the massage chair in the room after long days of sightseeing. the shower facilities were also quite good. i especially liked the ceiling shower head.

the wifi connection was unstable at times.

I appreciated the great location near Ginza, Hibiya and Yurakucho stations. The staff was friendly, and the check-in and out process was very easy. Coin lockers were available, helpful.

The room was quite small, especially with the massage chair.
